The cottage is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. You will find two cosy bedrooms, with a comfortable 160 cm double bed in the first bedroom and a bunk bed of 140 cm plus 90 cm in the second. The living room is heated by a snug wood-burning stove where you can relax after a day in the countryside. A modern shower room, a functional kitchen with all the basic appliances and a laundry room mean you have everything you need. A private outdoor kitchen with barbecue facilities and a wood-fired sauna complete the offering, and firewood is included in the rental price.

The whole cottage is exclusively yours, with a private entrance, your own patio with sun loungers, a dining area, an outdoor grill in summer, and your own grill hut and wood-fired sauna. Shared swimming spot by the lake, about a 15-minute walk away.

- Bed linen and towels are included.
- Parking is available opposite the cottage. Electric cars can NOT be charged here, but there are charging points at Kungsberget.
- The kitchen has plenty of utensils, a coffee maker, kettle, toaster, microwave, blender, waffle iron, cooker, oven and a full-size dishwasher. The living room has a wood-burning stove with a sofa, plus loads of books, board games and video games. Bunk bed for the children.
- There are snowmobile trails nearby that can be used for skiing, and winter walking routes through the village of Ivantjärn. In every other season there is endless forest, hiking trails, lakes, rapids and wilderness. You have access to the property's garden and can barbecue and sunbathe without being overlooked from the road or from the host's cottage. In summer, in addition to the barbecue hut and wood-fired sauna, there is your own veranda with sun loungers, a dining table and chairs, an outdoor grill, a sunny area without mosquito netting and a dining area inside mosquito netting, so you can sit outside and eat in the evenings.
